By accessing or using Rondwell, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Rondwell provides a platform that enables users to create, manage, promote, and attend events. Rondwell does not organize events directly unless explicitly stated.

Organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of event details, pricing, schedules, and compliance with applicable laws. Rondwell is not liable for event cancellations, changes, or organizer misconduct.

Users agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with system operations, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities. Rondwell reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All platform content, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to Rondwell or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Payments & Fees

Rondwell facilitates payments through third-party providers such as Paystack, Flutterwave, and Stripe. Transaction fees, currency conversion fees, and platform service charges may apply and will be disclosed where applicable.

Refund Policy

Refunds are governed primarily by the event organizer's refund policy. Rondwell does not guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated in the event listing.

If an event is canceled by the organizer, refunds may be issued according to the organizer's policy and payment provider timelines. Currency conversion fees and third-party charges may be non-refundable.

Dispute Resolution

Payment or event-related disputes should first be raised with the event organizer. If unresolved, users may contact Rondwell support for mediation. Rondwell may investigate disputes but does not guarantee outcomes.

All disputes arising from platform usage shall be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction of Rondwell's incorporation.
