Your Analytics Dashboard

Every event on Rondwell comes with a built-in analytics dashboard. Access it from your event's Overview tab. You'll see real-time metrics including total revenue, tickets sold, page views, and registration trends over time.

Key Metrics Explained

  • Gross Revenue — total money collected before fees and refunds
  • Net Revenue — your actual earnings after platform fees
  • Conversion Rate — percentage of page visitors who registered/purchased
  • Check-in Rate — percentage of registered attendees who showed up
  • Traffic Sources — where your attendees are coming from (direct, social, referral)

Platform-Level Analytics

Rondwell Plus users also get access to platform-level analytics across all their events — aggregate revenue trends, attendee retention across events, and top-performing ticket types. Export reports as CSV for further analysis.

Exhibitor, Vendor & Speaker Insights

Beyond the organizer view, Rondwell surfaces role-specific analytics. Exhibitors and vendors can see booth engagement — profile views, leads, and booking activity — while speakers can track session interest. These insights are computed continuously, so numbers reflect activity in near real-time rather than an overnight batch.

How Fresh Is the Data?

Analytics update as events happen — a ticket sale, a page view, or a check-in flows through in near real-time. Revenue figures reconcile against settled payments, so what you see in analytics stays consistent with what lands in your wallet.
